石岩水库叶绿素a时空分布及其影响因子分析 被引量:6

Spatiotemporal Variations of Chlorophyll a and Its Relationship to Environmental Factors in Shiyan Reservoir

摘要 2013年4月至2014年6月对典型调水供水型水库石岩水库蓝藻、绿藻和硅藻叶绿素a浓度[ρ(Chla)]及相环境因子进行监测,分析了ρ(Chla)时空分布特征,探讨了藻类与环境因子的相关关系.结果表明石岩水库ρ(TChla)为9.59~123.29μg·L^(-1),平均52.03μg·L^(-1),其中蓝藻ρ(Chla)为4.54~76.30μg·L^(-1),平均为28.39μg·L^(-1);硅藻ρ(Chla)为3.16~46.09μg·L^(-1),平均为15.02μg·L^(-1);绿藻ρ(Chla)为0.77~26.21μg·L^(-1),平均为8.62μg·L^(-1).2013年4~12月上旬以及2014年5~6月优势藻为蓝藻,其他时期硅藻占优势,绿藻全年处于较低水平.石岩水库ρ(Chla)空间异质性低,整体呈现由南向北逐渐降低的空间分布特征,汛期整个库区和高温无雨期南半库区存在蓝藻水华风险.径流污染是石岩水库藻类叶绿素a空间异质性的主要原因.相关分析和CCA分析显示:水温是3种藻类的首要影响因子,汛期径流量与蓝藻相关性极大.氮磷比与3种藻类负相关,磷是石岩水库藻类生长的限制性因子.蓝藻主要相关因子还包括TOC、TN、pH、透明度和硝酸盐氮,硅藻主要相关因子还包括硅酸盐、TOC、硝酸盐氮和COD,绿藻主要相关因子还包括TOC、COD、pH、透明度和硝酸盐氮. The spatial-temporal characteristics of chlorophyll a concentration[ρ( Chla) ] were analyzed in Shiyan Reservoir,based on the monthly monitoring data from April 2013 to June 2014. The correlation between ρ( Chla) and key environmental factors were also studied using correlation analysis and canonical correspondence analysis. The results showed that ρ( TChla) was 9. 59-123. 29 μg·L^(-1),with an average of 52. 03 μg·L^(-1). The ρ( Chla) of cyanobacteria was 4. 54-76. 30 μg·L^(-1),with an average of 28. 39 μg·L^(-1). Theρ( Chla) of bacillariophyta was 3. 16-46. 09 μg·L^(-1),with an average of 15. 02 μg·L^(-1). The ρ( Chla) of chlorophyta was 0. 77-26. 2μg·L^(-1),with an average of 8. 62 μg·L^(-1). Cyanobacteria was the primary species from April to December in 2013 and May,June in2014 while bacillariophyta was the primary species in other months. The spatial heterogeneity of ρ( Chla) was unconspicuous andρ( Chla) decreased gradually from south to north. There was a risk of algal blooming for the whole reservoir during flood season and south part of reservoir in autumn. The storm runoff pollutant washout was the leading cause of the spatial heterogeneity of ρ( Chla) in Shiyan Reservoir. Analysis revealed that water temperature was the most important driving factor for seasonal succession of phytoplankton. Significant correlation was found between ρ( Chla) and surface runoff in flood season. TN∶ TP was negatively related to phytoplankton biomass and phosphorus was the restrictive factor for phytoplankton. Cyanophyta were affected water temperature,TOC,TN,pH,transparency,turbidity and NO_3^--N. However silicate,TOC,NO_3^--N,and COD were the main environmental factor of bacillariophyta while TOC,COD,pH,transparency and NO_3^--N were the main factor of chlorophyta.
