仔猪液体发酵饲料工艺的研制 被引量:10

摘要 为了制备仔猪液体微生物发酵饲料,利用枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌对仔猪全价饲料进行发酵。通过单因素和正交试验,以发酵后饲料中还原糖含量作为发酵条件的优化指标。得出最佳发酵条件为:总接种量4%其中芽孢菌与乳酸菌各为2%,料水重量体积(W/V)比为13.5,发酵温度32~37℃。在条件37℃下发酵3 d,饲料含水量80%,还原糖含量达到2.17%提高10倍,乳酸含量3.4%,柠檬酸含量0.331%,丙酸含量0.130%,乳酸菌活菌数达到1010CFU/g。选取24头6.45 kg左右的健康仔猪,分2个处理组,每个组3个重复,对照组饲喂全价粉料,试验组饲喂添加50%发酵液态饲料。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组平均日增重提高11.68%(P<0.05),平均日采食量提高1.96%(P>0.05),料肉比降低8.55%(P>0.05),腹泻率下降54.88%。 For producing liquid bioactive feed of piglet,the liquid feed was fermented by the strains mixture of Bacillus subtilis and Laetobacillus. The liquid fermentation conditions were researched by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments with the content of reducing sugar as the index. The optimal fermentation operation parameters were obtained as follows: total inoculums dose 4%,inoc- ulums ratio of Bacillus bacteria to Lactobacillus 1 : 1, material-water ratio 1 : 3.5, fermented tempera- ture 32-37 ~C as those conditions and under fermentation temperature 37 ~C,the content of reducing sugar and lactic acid, citric acid and propionic acid reach 2.17%, 3.4%, 0.331% and 0.130% respec- tively after a 3 d fermentation process. So the better fermented liquid feed of piglet can be produced. 120 health weaned piglets about 7.1 kg were selected and divided into two groups. Each group had 3 repeated experiments. The control group was fed full powder feed, while the experimental group was fed with 50% fermented liquid feed. The results showed that, when compared with the control group, the average daily weight gain of the experimental group boosted by 11.68%(P〈0.05),the average daily feed intake increased by 1.96%(P〉0.05), feed conversion ratio decreased by 8.55%(P〉0.05), diarrhea rates decreased by 54.88%.
