摘要 急性移植物抗宿主病(acute graft-versus-host disease,a GVHD)是造血干细胞移植后常见的严重的并发症之一,严重威胁着患者的生存。间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSC)具有独有的生物学特性,在对a GVHD治疗方面取得了显著疗效。为此,本文就目前M SC治疗a GVHD的免疫调节的相关作用机制及临床应用作一综述。 Acute graft-versus-host disease( aGVHD) is a serious complication after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation( allo-HSCT) remains a significant cause of both morbidity and mortality in these patients. The unique immunomodulatory properties of mesenchymal stem cell( MSC) make them an invaluable cell type for treating GVHD.In this review,the clinical application and its mechamism of MSC are summarized.
