摘要
目的:观察补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床效果,分析其临床应用价值。方法:选择2014年1月—2016年1月脑卒中肩手综合征患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组给予补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果、治疗前后的Fugl-Meyer评分以及VAS评分,分析补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床价值。结果:观察组治疗后的临床总有效率为90.0%,对照组为43.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的上肢功能Fugl-Meyer评分和肩部疼痛VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后的上肢功能Fugl-Meyer评分和肩部疼痛VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组患者上肢功能Fugl-Meyer评分和肩部疼痛VAS评分组内比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床效果显著,可有效促进患者上肢功能的恢复,减轻患者疼痛。
Objective： To observe the repair buyang huanwu soup with acupuncture treatment the clinical effect of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke and to analyze its clinical application value. Methods： Sixty patients with shoulder stroke were selected from January 2014 to January 2016,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given acupuncture. The observation group was treated with buyang huanwu soup with acupuncture,the clinical effects of the two groups,the Fugl-Meyer score and the visual analogue scale（ VAS） before and after treatment were compared,to analyze the clinical value of buyang huanwu soup combined with acupuncture in treating shoulder syndrome after stroke. Results：The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 90. 0%,the control group was 43. 3%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in Fugl-Meyer score and VAS score of upper limb function between the two groups before treatment（ P〉0. 05）. There were significant differences in the Fugl-Meyer score and the VAS score of the shoulder pain after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. There were significant differences in the Fugl-Meyer score and the VAS score between the two groups before and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of buyang huanwu soup combined with acupuncture treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome is significant,can effectively promote the recovery of patients with upper limb function,reduce patient pain.
