摘要
目的探讨促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)联合加味桂枝茯苓汤对子宫内膜异位症(EMS)不孕患者血清细胞因子的影响。方法选取医院妇产科2016年6月至12月收治的行腹腔镜手术的子宫内膜异位症不孕患者50例,分为对照组(30例)和试验组(20例)。对照组患者采用GnRH-a治疗,试验组患者在此基础上加味桂枝茯苓汤,疗程均为3个月。结果治疗后,试验组血清血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、糖类抗原125(CA125)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味桂枝茯苓汤辅助西药治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕可调控血清细胞因子的表达。
Objective To investigate the effect of GnRH-a combined with modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction on serum cytokines levels in infertile patients with endometriosis.Methods A total of 50 infertile patients with endometriosis were randomly selected from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology from June to December 2016 were divided into the control group（30 cases） and the experimental group（20 cases）.The control group was treated with GnRH-a,and the experimental group was treated with GnRH-a combined with modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction.The course of treatment was 3 months.Results After treatment,the serum VEGF,TNF-α and CA125 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction combined with western medicine can regulate the expression of serum cytokines in the treatment of endometriosis infertility.
