摘要
目的:探讨超声洁治对铸瓷修复体表面形态的影响。方法:将IPS e.max Press铸瓷材料制成6mm×5mm×1.1mm样件,分为3组,每组10个样件。3组样件分别使用碳纤维工作尖低功率(CL)、金属工作尖低功率(ML)及金属工作尖高功率(MH)口外模拟超声洁治。测量处理前后样件表面粗糙度值(Ra值),并随机选择每组1个样件进行SEM观察。结果:3组样件洁治前后的粗糙度值均存在显著差异。MH组与另两组均存在显著差异,且洁治前后的粗糙度差值最高,而CL组与ML组之间无显著差异。SEM观察:较CL和ML样本,MH样本表面破坏严重,可见较大缺损。结论:金属工作尖与碳纤维工作尖超声洁治均会对铸瓷修复体的表面形态造成影响,且功率越高,影响越大。
Objective: To investigate the effect of ultrasonic scaling on the surface morphology of cast ceramic restora- tions. Methods: IPS e.max Press cast ceramic was made into specimens with 6mm long, 5mm wide and 1.1mm thick. The specimens were divided into 3 groups of 10 specimens each. Each group was submitted to ultrasonic instrumentation for different scaler tips and different power: group 1-carbon composite micro-tips at low power (CL), group 2-conventional metal tips at low power (ML), and group 3-conventional metal tips at high power (MH). The surface roughness value (Ra value) of the specimen before and after the measurement was measured. One specimen was selected randomly from each group, and observed with scanning electron microscope. Results: There were significant differences in the roughness values in all the three groups before and after ultrasonic scaling. After treatment, no significant difference was found between the CL group and the ML group. There were significant differences between the MH group and the other two groups and the MH group had the highest difference. SEM observation: CL showed more uniform and intensive scratches and no obvious defect; ML showed unevenly distributed scratches and a small amount ofpunctate defects; MH showed large pores and defects, with seriously damaged surface. Conclusion: Ultrasonic scaling with conventional metal tip and carbon composite micro-tip affects the surface roughness of cast ceramic restorations in this study. The influence was greater when the higher power was used.
