摘要
建立了一种离子色谱测定废水中的焦磷酸盐和氨氮化物的方法。将采集的样品经过RP柱、Na柱以及0.22μm滤膜的处理后进样分析。其中焦磷酸根采用的是IonPac AG11-HC(4×50mm)+IonPac AS11-HC(4×250mm)离子交换柱,以1mL/min的KOH淋洗液等度淋洗。而铵根离子则利用IonPac CG12(4×50mm)+IonPac CS12(4×250mm)离子交换柱,以1mL/min甲磺酸的淋洗液等度淋洗。该方法测得的结果相对标准偏差均小于1.9%,加标回收率在88.5~103.8%之间。
The samples were purified by RP column, SPE-Na column and 0.22μm membrane succes- sively before injecting into the IC instrument. Pyrophosphates in samples were separated on IonPac AGll- HC (4× 50 mm)guard column and IonPac AS11-HC(4 × 250 mm)analytical column using KOH solution with isocratic elution at lml/min. While ammoniums were separated on IonPac CG12 (4 ×50 mm)and Ion- Pac CS12(4 × 250 mm)using methanesulfonic acid solution with isocratic elution at 1ml/min. The values of recovery for pyrophosphate and ammonia ranged from 88.5% to 103.8% and the samples were determined with RSDs (n=7) less thanl. 9%.
