摘要 为了更好地解决电机转速测量及转向识别的问题,利用光耦计数器和Arduino控制器,在电机上安装码盘,通过测量码盘黑线的遮光次数来判定电机的转速,并利用双光耦原理来判断电机的正反转,最终将结果显示在LCD12864显示屏上。实验结果表明该系统结构能简单地判断电机的正反转,尤其是在提高测速稳定性与可靠性、降低测速成本等方面具有参考价值及应用前景。 In order to solve the problem of motor speed measurement and steering identification better, by using the optical coupling counter and Arduino controller, the code disc is installed on the motor, and the speed of the motor is determined by measuring the shading times of the code disc black lines. The dual optical coupling principle is used to judge the forward and reverse inversion of the motor, and finally the results are displayed on the LCD screen. The experimental results show that the system can judge the inversion of the motor. Especially, it is of great value and wide application prospects in improving the stability and reliability of speed measurement and reducing the cost of speed measurement.
