摘要
将含纳米V(C,N)粉体的中间合金加入到低碳低合金超高强度钢中,采用普通淬火与等温淬火获得不同的组织。结果表明,加入0.36%纳米V(C,N)粉体的中间合金可以有效细化晶粒到3μm,260℃等温淬火可以得到下贝氏体组织,有效提高钢的力学性能。
The master alloy with nano-meter V(C,N) was added in molten steel of low carbon mico-alloying to refine grain, water quenching and isothermal quenching process were used to obtain different microstructures. The results show that, when its addition is 0.36%, the master alloy can effectively refine grain to 3 μm. The isothermal quenching at 260 ℃ can obtain lower bainite structure to improve mechanical properties.
