可视化模型研究叶轮结构对凝固区附加力场影响

摘要 采用可视化等比例缩放装备与有限元数值模拟模型,研究了叶轮结构对连续铸造出口凝固区附加力场的影响规律。结果表明,凝固区压强的变化与壁面处的液压变化相关;当叶轮转速加快和叶轮直径增大,凝固区力场作用效果都将增强;液态金属液温度越高,粘度越低,越有利于叶轮力场作用效果的提升;凝固区出口位置宜设置在炉膛壁面底部,不宜设置在炉膛底部中心位置;低转速下叶轮宜位于流体区域上方,而高转速下则宜位于流体区域下方。 The influence of different impeller structure on solidification zone additional force was investigated by scaling visual model and finite elements numerical method. The results show that the variation of pressure in solidification zone is relevant to the hydraulic pressure near furnace wall. The effect of solidification zone additional force enhances with the increase of rotation speed and impeller diameter. The higher the temperature of molten metal or the lower the viscosity, the more benefits the enhancing effect of impeller force. Additionally, solidification zone should be set at the bottom of the furnace wall rather than at the center of furnace bottom. The impeller with low speed should be located on the top of fluid, while, it should be located on the bottom of fluid with high speed.
