摘要
以中性盐雾试验方法研究了十二烯基丁二酸、石油磺酸钡和自制缓蚀剂A等缓蚀剂对涂层抗盐雾性能的影响,分析了缓蚀剂对提高涂层耐盐雾性能的防腐机理。研究了缓蚀剂对涂层力学性能以及微波吸收性能的影响。结果表明,向微波吸收涂料中加入缓蚀剂后,显著提高了涂层的耐盐雾性能。在加入自制缓蚀剂A后,涂层的抗盐雾性能最强,附着力最大,对宽频微波吸收性能几乎没有影响。该研究结果为延长微波吸收涂层在海洋环境中的使用寿命提供了技术基础。
By using the neutral sah spray box, the effect of barium petroleum sulfonate, odecenylsuccinic acid and in- hibitor A on the capability of corrosion resistance of coatings is studied, and the mechanism of corrosion resistance of corro- sion inhibitors is analyzed. The effect of corrosion inhibitors on the mechanical strength and wave absorbing of coatings is al- so investigated. The results show that when a corrosion inhibitor is added into a coating, the capability of corrosion resistance of the coating can be improved obviously. The application of inhibitor A can bring about the strongest corrosion resistance, a maximum tensile strength and a stable reflectivity. This research provides a technical basis for prolonging the service life of a microwave absorbing coating in a marine environment.
