摘要
地方高校转型的核心是人才培养、教学模式的变革,其将引导教师教学、发展逻辑、思维方式发生转变。破解其转型和发展内在逻辑之策是教师教学理念和学校教育质量的同期互动。"互联网+"的现代信息技术在地方高校转型过程中不断地推进教与学的变革,以教学模式转变为契机,充分体现"以学为中心"的教学理念。如安康学院依托混合教学、课程考核改革等模式,借助教师信息化教学能力提升为手段推进课程建设与教学改革,其具体实践措施与经验体现了产教融合视域下的教师教学创新精神被唤醒,各显其才,为同类地方高校的混合教学推进提供了借鉴。
Talent cultivation and teaching mode is the core of the transconformation of local university, which will guide teachers teaching, the development logic and thinking way. Break the policy of the internal logic on transconformation and development is interaction to improve teaching idea and quality of school education. "Internet +" modern information technology continue to promote change of teaching and learning in the process of transconformation of local colleges and universities. It fully embodies the "learning-centered" teaching philosophy with the teaching model change. Ankang University based on hybrid teaching, cur- riculum reform and other models, to enhance teaching ability of information as a means. Concrete practice and experience show that the spirit of teaching innovation was awakened in integration of production and education, to provide reference to promote the hybrid teaching for similar local colleges and universities.
