摘要
目的了解钻井工人工作相关肌肉骨骼疾患(work-related musculoskeletal disorders,WMSDs)的患病及其危险因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法进行问卷调查,用logistic回归分析多因素的作用。结果 1 516名钻井工人肌肉骨骼疾患患病率依次为腰部34.0%、颈部27.0%、肩部25.8%、背部13.9%、膝部6.2%;单因素分析显示,年龄、工龄、工种、重复性操作、推拉重物、环境条件均可能是影响肌肉骨骼疾患的因素(P<0.05);多因素回归分析显示,年龄、工龄、重复性操作、推拉重物、环境条件是影响腰WMSDs的主要因素。结论钻井工人WMSDs患病率较高,并随着年龄增长呈增加趋势;年龄、工龄、重复性操作、推拉重物、环境不良条件是腰部患病的危险因素。
Objective To understand prevalence and their risk factors of work-related musculoskeletal disorders（work-related musculoskeletal disorders,WMSDs）in the drilling workers.Methods Cluster sampling method was applied and cross-sessional survey was conducted.The chi square test and the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis were used for statistical analysis.Results There were 1 516 drilling workers.The prevalences of musculoskeletal disorders were 34.0% on waist,27.0% on neck,25.8.0% on shoulder,13.9% on back,and 6.2% on knee,respectively.Single factor analysis results showed that age,length of service,classes of work and repetitive operation,push and pull heavy things,both environmental conditions were the factors that affected musculoskeletal disorders（P〈0.05）.The results of multiple factors regression analysis showed that age,seniority,repetitive operation,pushing or pulling,environmental conditions were the main factors affecting the waist WMSDs.Conclusions WMSDs prevalence among drilling workers is higher,and increases with age.Age,seniority,repetitive operation,pushing or pulling,environmental adverse conditions are risk factors of the lumbar disorders.
