摘要
冰上课是北方高校冬季体育课的必修课,也是北方地区冬季体育教学的特色课,为提高冰上课教学质量,丰富冰上课教学方法,运用实验法,对"异步教学法"在高校冰上课教学中的应用进行研究。结果显示:冰上课教学中运用"异步教学法"比运用"同步教学方法"的教学效果好。冰上课教学中使用"异步教学法"不仅能够提高冰上课的教学质量,而且还可以更好地培养学生终身体育意识、学生的综合能力和良好的道德品质。
As a required course of northern collegeswinter physical educaiton,the skating course also is a characteristic course of winter sports teaching in northern areas. In order to improve the teaching effect of skating course and enrich its teaching methods,the paper has the applicaiton of asynchronous teaching method in the collegesskating teaching with the method of experimentation. The results show that the effect of applying the asynchronous teaching method in the skating course is better than the synchronous teaching method. The application of asynchronous teaching method can not only improve the teaching effect of skating course,but also better develop the undergraduatesawareness of lifelong exercises,comprehensive ability and good moral quality.
