摘要
借助有限元分析手段对不同横截面形式和焊道分布吊臂的焊接过程进行模拟,分析得到了吊臂的焊后变形情况,采用Metra SCAN激光扫描仪对模拟结果进行了验证。结果表明:吊臂整体变形趋势为向内收缩,焊缝位置附近上翘变形,峰值位置均位于自由端面焊缝位置处;焊道上下分布比左右分布得到的焊接变形更小。综合考虑焊道设计、折弯、拼焊、制造成本等因素,吊臂横截面形式为五边形为宜,焊道上下分布合理。模拟结果与试验结果误差控制在0.5 mm以内,证明了模拟结果的准确性。
By finite element analysis,it simulates the welding process of boom in different section forms and bead distributions,and obtains welding deformation of boom.Using Metra SCAN,it verifies the simulation results.The results show that the whole trend deformation of boom is contracted inwards.Deformation is up warping near weld,and peak is located at the free end of weld position.The deformation at up and down bead distribution is smaller than that of left and right bead distribution.Considering the design of bead distribution,bending,welding and other manufacturing cost considerations,the reasonable section form of boom is pentagon,and bead distribution is up and down.The error between simulation results and experimental results are within 0.5 mm.It proves accuracy of the simulation results.
