摘要
近年来,由于空气污染日益加重、抽烟人群数不断上升等原因,肺系疾病的发病率日益增高,严重危害人们的身体健康。在中医学理论体系中有"肺与大肠相表里"的说法,即二者在生理与病理方面相互影响,故临床在肺系病的治疗中,常加入通腑之剂,调畅腑气,从而"通腑以调肺",使肺部气机通畅。从"肺与大肠相表里"的理论入手,探究其中西医学理论依据、临床应用效果,探讨分析通腑法在肺系疾病治疗中的应用,以期为临床治疗开拓思路。

Chinese medicine believes that the ＂lung and large intestine relative to the table＂, in the treatment of lung disease, often add through Fu agent, adjustable Fuqi, thus＂Tongfu to lung, lung qi unobstructed. Through research on the bases of the theories of traditional Chinese and western medicine, clinical application effect. Preliminary analysis and discussion on the application Tongfu method in the treatment of lung disease, in order for the clinical treatment of development train of thought, this paper starts with from the theory of ＂lung and large intestine＂.
