摘要
目的制订情绪智力团体健康教育方案,探讨其对改善成年早期抑郁症患者情绪智力和抑郁情绪的效果。方法按照方便抽样的方法,选取在某三级甲等医院精神卫生科住院的60例成年早期抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照南北病区分为试验组和对照组各30名。试验组在进行科室常规健康教育外,接受为期2周,每周2次,每次80 min的情绪智力团体教育,健康教育课程内容围绕情绪智力4个维度设计主题,以知识链接和团体活动的形式开展,评价教育前后患者抑郁改善程度及情绪智力水平。对照组仅接受科室常规健康教育,如安全教育、用药教育等。结果试验组患者情绪智力总分及自我管理、情绪知觉和他人管理维度得分高于干预前(P<0.05),而情绪利用维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后2组患者抑郁程度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论情绪智力团体教育操作简便、高效,可以提升成年早期抑郁症患者的情绪智力,有助于改善抑郁情绪。
Objective To explore the effects of emotional intelligence group education on depression and emotional intelligence level of patients with depression in the stage of early adulthood. Methods Educational topics were designed based on the four dimensions of emotional intelligence. A total of 30 patients with depression in the stage of early adulthood were recruited from the psychiatric department of a hospital. They were educated through knowledge linkage and group activity. Their depression and emotional intelligence levels were assessed before and after the education. Results Scores of total scale and the dimensions of emotion perception management by others and self management were significantly higher than those before the education(P〈0.05). However,there was no significant difference in the dimension of emotional use (P〉0.05). Scores of Hamilton Depression Scale were significantly lower than those of baseline (P〈0.05). Conclusion Emotional intelligence group education is feasible and effective. It can improve emotional intelligence and reduce depression of patients in their early adulthood stage.
