摘要
目的:运用Meta分析方法评价艾迪注射液联合肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗肝癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Embase、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(Sino Med)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库,检索时间为各数据建库至2016年10月8日,全面搜集艾迪注射液联合肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗肝癌的随机对照试验,对纳入文献进行质量评价,提取资料并通过RevMan 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果:本研究共纳入33篇文献,累计2 306例受试者。Meta分析结果显示:在肝动脉栓塞化疗基础上联用艾迪注射液治疗肝癌可以提高临床总有效率(RR=1.31,95%CI:1.20~1.43,P<0.000 01),改善生存质量(RR=1.86,95%CI:1.65~2.09,P<0.000 01)。此外,艾迪注射液还可改善化疗引起的不良反应、提高肝癌患者生存率。结论:现有临床证据表明,在肝动脉栓塞化疗基础上联用艾迪注射液对肝癌有一定的辅助治疗作用。但本研究结论尚需更多设计良好、严格执行的大样本随机对照双盲试验加以证实。
Objective： To systematically assess the clinical effectiveness and safety of Aidi injection combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（ TACE） in the treatment of liver carcinoma. Methods： A thorough and systematic retrieval of randomized controlled trials（ RCTs） which regarding Aidi injection combined with TACE in the treatment of liver carcinoma was conducted by using literature databases. The methodological quality of the included RCTs was evaluated,and then the data were extracted and analysed by RevMan 5. 3 software. Results： A total of 33 RCTs with 2 306 participants were included. In the analysis,Aidi injection plus TACE can be better than TACE alone in the treatment of liver carcinoma in respect of the total effective rate（ RR = 1. 31,95% CI： 1. 20-1. 43,P〈0. 000 01）,and improvement of life quality（ RR = 1. 86,95% CI： 1. 65-2. 09,P〈0. 000 01）. In addition,Aidi injection can reduce the adverse reactions,and improve the survival rate of the patients. Conclusion： Aidi injection combined with TACE is beneficial in the treatment of liver carcinoma,while our conclusion should be confirmed by more well-designed and large-scale RCTs.
