摘要
目的以探讨微信平台为基础的延续性护理工作,对于高血压患者的院外自我护理工作当中的实际效果为目的。方法将2015年1月—2016年11月该院160例高血压患者进行分组,其中实验组和对照组各80例。实验组须以微信平台为基础的延续新护理做为基础护理指导,对照组者使用常规护理方法。结果进行干预性护理之后,实验组患者的收缩压控制情况要强于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义;实验组患者各项指标改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论以微信平台为基础的延续性护理模式对于患者的自我管理效能具有更好的控制作用,能够提高患者的服药依从性,提高患者的生活质量以及对于护理指导工作的满意程度。
Objective This article tries to figure out the effect of continuous nursing mode on the platform of We Chat for the patients' self care with hypertension out of hospital. Methods 160 cases of patients with hypertension in this hospital from January 2015 to November 2016 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. The experimental group adopted the continuous nursing mode on We Chat platform as the basic guidance for nursing care, while the control group adopted conventional nursing method. Results Systolic blood pressure control of the experimental group after nursing intervention was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant; changes of SBP, DBP, physical exercise and other eight aspects of experimental group were in accordance with the statistical requirements. Therefore, it can be concluded that the symptoms of the patients in the experimental group were improved by time. Conclusion Continuous nursing mode on the We Chat platform can better control the patients' self care management, improve the medication compliance, quality of life and satisfaction with nursing work of the patients.
