摘要
目的分析人性化护理在急诊科护理中的应用效果。方法选取该院2014年1月—2015年2月急诊科收治的100例患者,随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组实施人性化护理,比较两组患者的平均治疗时间、焦虑评分和抑郁评分、患者对护理人员的护理满意度。结果两组患者护理前的SDS评分和SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组较护理前下降更明显。观察组平均治疗时间为(9.85±1.24)h,对照组为(16.27±1.98)h,两组平均治疗时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意度为98.0%;对照组患者总满意度为84.0%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科实施人性化护理,能缩短患者的治疗时间,改善患者的不良情绪,提高护理人员的护理质量和患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanistic nursing in the nursing in the department of emergency.Methods 100 cases of patients in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each,the control group and the observation group respectively adopted the routine nursing and humanistic nursing,and the average treatment effect,anxiety score and depression score of patients and nursing satisfactory degree of patients to the nursing staff were compared between the two groups.Results The differences in the SDS score and SAS score before nursing between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05),after nursing,the scores obviously decreased compared with those in the observation group,and the average treatment time in the observation group and in the control group was respectively(9.85±1.24)h and(16.27±1.98)h,and the difference in the average treatment time between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the difference in the total satisfactory degree in the observation group and in the control group was statistically significant(98 % vs 84.0 %)(P < 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing in the department of emergency can shorten the treatment time,improve the adverse emotions and improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfactory degree,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
