摘要
在慢行交通系统化兴起的背景下,以自行车系统指路标志版面元素的需求作为研究对象展开.基于心理学KANO模型编写问卷,采取访问问卷法进行调查,并通过KANO模型特性矩阵和影响力分析进行数据处理.结果显示,必需性设计要素包括地点位置信息、道路位置信息和地点诱导信息,可显著减少使用者的不满程度;优先性设计要素包括方位信息、道路位置信息、道路诱导信息、版面内轮廓线和不同方向信息间划线分隔,可减少使用者的不满程度同时显著增加使用者的满意程度;推荐性设计要素只有一种,即距离信息,可增加使用者的满意程度.本文的结论可为慢行交通指路标志版面设计提供理论参考和借鉴,同时还可为相关标准提供技术储备.
An increasing number of scholars start to research the bicycle-oriented traffic system in recent years. Base on the background above,this paper researches the key component of directional signs in bicycle-oriented traffic systems. The research conducted field interviews and questionnaire surveys. The compile method relies on the KANO model. The Characteristic Matrix and the impact analysis were employed to analyze the data. According to the results,it is necessary to design elements including site location,road location information and guiding information; considering these elements can significantly reduce the user dissatisfaction degree. There is only one kind of recommended design elements,the distance information,which can increase the satisfaction of users. This paper presents the case for the fundamental study and technical reserve for developing standards.
