摘要
目的探索消毒供应室人员的自我防护意识调查及对策。方法对该院消毒供应室人员进行回顾性分析,总结其临床不良事件发生率,从2010年5月起对该院消毒供应室人员行使针对性防护对策,对比干预前、后的总不良事件发生率、手指细菌培养达标率、着装合格率、供应室危险因素知晓率。结果消毒供应室人员经防护干预后总不良事件发生率为2.00%,手指细菌培养达标率为98.00%,着装合格率为100.00%,供应室危险因素知晓率为96.00%,其和干预前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性防护对策在消毒供应室人员中效果显著,其可降低不良事件发生率,提高消毒供应室人员自我防护意识。
Objective Search for the disinfection supply room staff self protection awareness investigation and counter-measures. Methods Disinfection supply room staff were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital, sum up the clinical in-cidence of adverse events, since May 2010 in our hospital disinfection supply room personnel exercise corresponding protection countermeasures, analysis its prognosis incidence of adverse events.compared before and after intervention in the total incidence of adverse events, finger germiculture success rate, percent of pass, risk awareness. Results Disin-fection supply room personnel by the protective overall incidence of adverse events was 2.00% after intervention, finger germiculture success rate was 98.00%, the dressing percent of pass is 100.00%, risk factors witting rate was 96.00%, compared with before intervention, the significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Targeted protection countermea-sure effect is remarkable in the disinfection supply room personnel, it can reduce the incidence of adverse events, im-prove disinfection supply room staff self-protection consciousness.
