摘要
目的探讨有限接触加压钢板与胫骨带锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨骨折的疗效对比情况。方法分析该院骨外科2014年3月—2015年11月收治的128例胫骨骨折患者临床资料,依据治疗措施不同进行分组,有限接触加压钢板组64例和胫骨带锁髓内钉内固定组64例。观察两组胫骨骨折患者临床疗效和术后并发症情况。结果两组胫骨骨折患者临床治疗总有效率89.1%和93.7%,差异无统计学意义,两组胫骨骨折患者术后并发症发生率10.9%和6.3%,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论有限接触加压钢板与胫骨带锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨骨折均有较高的愈合率,效果良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To approach curative effect comparison of treatment tibial fracture by LC-DCP and tibial interlocking intramedullary nails. Methods The 128 cases clinical data of tibial fracture patients in our hospital bone subject from 2014.3 to 2015.11 were analyzed,Which was to be divided into two groups by different fixed treatment,LCDCP group 64 cases and tibial interlocking intramedullary nails group 64 cases. The clinical effects and complication after operation of two groups tibial fracture patients were detected. Results The clinical treatment total effective rate89.1% and 93.7% of two groups tibial fracture patients were no difference,the complication after operation 10.9% and6.3% of two groups tibial fracture patients were no difference,P>0.05. Conclusion The healing higher rate of treatment tibial fracture by LC-DCP and tibial interlocking intramedullary nails,the result is good,which is to be used.
