摘要
创新应用鸟类去脂机,借助优兰（Eulan SPA0 1 ）及石蜡试剂,并结合传统标本剥制技术,经过剥制、去脂、防腐、填充、 整形、上色等工序制作了大鲵生态标本,该方法也适用于其他两栖动物和爬行动物剥制标本的制作.
This paper concluded a new method to make giant salamander specimens which is alsosuitable for other amphibians and reptiles by the bird fat-degreasing machine, Eulan SPA01 and theparaffin reagent combining with traditional taxidermy, which includes a process of unpeeling,fat-degreasing, anti-rotten, filling-up, reforming, coloring, and so on.
