摘要
为通过调节阻尼提高海上起重补偿器的补偿效果,本文建立了可调被动海上起重补偿系统的非线性动力学方程并将其线性化,定性分析得出变阻尼补偿方法在海上起重特有作业条件下的应用范围,总结出评价指标。通过对比分析系统线性、非线性刚度和线性、非线性阻尼对振幅的影响,发现刚度线性化对系统的影响较小,而阻尼线性化会产生一定的误差,但不影响对系统的定性分析;根据线性阻尼力和非线性阻尼力对振幅衰减不同的作用效果,采用在起吊初始阶段加入非线性阻尼的方法,获得了较好的补偿效果。
To improve the effectiveness of a passive marine hoisting compensator with variable parameters by regula-ting damping, a nonlinear dynamic equation of the passive marine hoisting compensator with variable parameters was established and linearized. Through qualitative analysis, an applicable range of the variable-damping compen-sation method applied under marine special hoisting operational conditions was attained, and the assessment indices were summarized. By comparing and analyzing the effects of linear and nonlinear stiffness and linear and nonlinear damping on amplitude, the effect of linearized stiffness on the system was determined to be small. Damping linear-ization may cause error, but it will not affect the qualitative analysis for the system. Based on the different effects of linear and nonlinear damping force on the decay of amplitude, the method with nonlinear damping in the initial hoisting stage was applied and excellent compensation effects were attained.
