摘要
利用旋光性溶液的折射率与旋光度的线性关联,研究了不同浓度的蔗糖溶液经盐酸水解过程中旋光度和折射率随时间的变化.实验结果表明:在室温环境下,0.20g/mL和0.15g/mL的蔗糖水解溶液分别经120min和145min的反应时间,折射率和旋光度同时趋于稳定.实验验证了反应过程中,酸水解蔗糖溶液的折射率随旋光度的变化成线性关系.因此,利用水解过程中折射率或旋光度随时间的变化关系可判定水解反应的进程.
The correlations between refractive index and optical rotation in the hydrolyzes process of different concentrations of sucrose solutions by hydrochloric acid were studied. The experimental results showed that, at room temperature, the optical rotations and refractive indexes of 0.20 g/mL and 0.15 g/mL sucrose hydrolysis solution stabilized after 120 min and 145 min of reaction, respectively. A linear relationship between the refractive index and optical rotation of sucrose hydrolysis solution was proved by experiment. Therefore, the reaction process of hydrolysis could be measured by the changes of refractive index or optical rotation.
