摘要
布氏杆菌病是一种人畜共患细菌病,危害人类和动物健康,给家畜养殖业造成重大的经济损失,在兽医公共卫生方面是非常严峻的问题之一。据此,笔者等对布氏杆菌从流行情况调查、病原学特性、致病因子的最新研究、检测技术进展及治疗防制等方面作一综述,为防制和治疗该疾病提供理论依据。
Brucellosis is a kind of bacteria zoonoses which can invade human body and lead to disease. It endangers the health of human and animals, also causes breeding livestock huge economic losses; meanwhile it is a serious problem in public health.The prevalence survey, etiology characteristic, latest research of pathogenic factors, progress of detection technology, prevention and control of brucellosis were reviewed in this article, so as to provide important basic in treatment and prevention for brucella.
