摘要
随着我国社会、经济以及高等教育改革的不断发展,大学毕业生人数越来越多,大学生就业的压力也越来越大。而大学生作为社会中一个庞大的群体,其就业形势如何直接对整个社会的就业工作有很大的影响,也关系着学生本人及家庭的稳定,而且影响着高校的建设和发展。就业指导对于大学生来说其实是一个全程化、系统化的过程,应该从新生入学就开始。
With the development of society and economy in our country and the reform of higher education, university graduate increase year after year,the employment pressure is becoming more and more big. And college students as a large group in the society,how the employment situation is have great influence on employment work in society,also have influence on the stability of the relationship between the student and family,and affects the construction and development of colleges and universities. For college students,employment guidance is a whole systematic process,it should start from the new students.
