摘要 目的探讨微生态疗法对腹泻患儿的临床作用。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年10月收治的71例腹泻患儿,随机分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=36)。对照组患儿予以蒙脱石散口服治疗,观察组(n=36)患儿在此基础上采用微生态制剂治疗,观察对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为94.4%,明显高于对照组的71.4%(P<0.05);观察组恶心呕吐、食欲不振、腹痛腹胀的改善时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疾病复发率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微生态疗法应用于腹泻患儿的临床治疗效果显著,具有恢复快、安全性高、不易复发等优势,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of microecological therapy on children with diarrhea. Methods A total of 71 children with diarrhea admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group (n=35) and observation group (n=36). The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder oral treatment, while the observation group added microecological treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate was 94.4% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 71.4% in the control group (P〈0.05). The improvement times of nausea and vomiting, inappetence, abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P〈0.05). The recurrence rate of the disease in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reation between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of microecological therapy in children with diarrhea is remarkable, and it has the advantages of quick recovery, high safety and uneasy to recur, which deserves clinical promotion.
