摘要
目的探究分析综合性心理护理干预对提高抑郁症患者临床治疗效果。方法该次临床研究分析采用对照试验的分析方法,将2015年6月—2016年6月期间该院收治的100例抑郁症患者分为实验组和对照组,各为50例,分组方法为双盲法,在治疗方法上,两组抑郁症患者均使用盐酸帕罗西汀片进行治疗,在护理干预方法上,对照组的措施包括健康教育、环境干预;而实验组的措施包括认知心理干预和个性化心理疏导。观察比较有效率、依从性和生活质量。结果干预后,从结果数据上看,实验组其总有效率96.0%;对照组总有效率84.0%,显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05);实验组依从率100.0%;对照组依从率84.0%,显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。经过治疗及护理后,两组生活质量均显著提高,且实验组躯体功能(66.8±8.3)分、心理功能(68.5±4.8)分、社会功能(66.9±6.6)分、物质生活(67.3±8.3)分,提高幅度显著优于对照组,比较差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予抑郁症患者综合性心理护理干预,能够有效缓解抑郁症患者的不良情绪,是一种值得在临床上推广的护理方法。
Objective To explore the analysis of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention to improve clinical outcomes in patients with depression. Methods The clinical study. Analysis Methods controlled trials will our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 during the 100 cases of depression were divided into experimental and control groups, grouping method of double-blind method, treatment methods, two groups of depressed patients using paroxetine hy- drochloride tablets for treatment in nursing interventions, control measures, including health education, environmental interventions; and the experimental measures of cognitive psychological intervention group and individual psychological counseling. Results After the intervention, the results from the data, the experimental group, the total effective rate 96.0%; control group, the total efficiency of 84.0%, significant- ly better than the control group patients（P 〈0.05）; experimental group compliance rate of 100.0%; control group compli- ance rate 84.0%, significantly better than the control group patients（P〈0.05）.After treatment and care, two quality of life was significantly improved, and the experimental group physical functioning （66.8 ± 8.3） points, psychological function- ing （68.5 ± 4.8） points, social functioning （66.9 ± 6.6） points hours of material life（67.3 ± 8.3 ） points, increase rate was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with depression given comprehensive psychological nursing intervention can effectively treat depression in patients with negative emotions, is a clinical nursing methods worthy of promotion.
