摘要
目的探究妇产科手术对泌尿系统造成的损伤,探究相关治疗方案,为以后疾病的治疗提供可靠依据。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月该院妇产科手术致泌尿系损伤患者48例,对患者损伤部位进行分析。将48例患者随机分为两组,对照组(24例)西医手段治疗和实验组(24例)中西医联合治疗。经治疗后,观察两组患者的病情恢复程度。结果 48例妇产科手术致泌尿系损伤患者中,输尿管损伤者28例,膀胱损伤者20例。经一段时间的治疗与观察,实验组的总有效率95.8%高于对照组总有效率83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上,妇产科手术导致泌尿系统的损伤以成为常见问题。中西医结合治疗对于疾病的有效治愈率较高,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the injury of urinary system caused by gynecological surgery, explore the related treatment plan, and provide a reliable basis for the treatment of disease. Methods 48 cases of urinary tract injury caused by gynecology and obstetrics surgery from January 2014 to January 2015 in were selected and analyzed. 48 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （24 cases） and the experimental group （24 cases） combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment. After treatment, the two groups of patients were observed in the degree of disease recovery. Results Among the 48 patients with urinary tract injury, 28 cases of ureteral injury and 20 cases of bladder injury. After a period of treatment and observation, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.8% higher than that of the control group, the total effective rate was 83.3%, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinic, gynecologic surgery causes the injury of urinary system in order to become a common problem. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of disease, the effective cure rate is high, it is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
