摘要
过滤分离器是天然气输气站场重要设备组成部分之一,其安全生产运行至关重要,在日常运行及检维修作业过程中诸多问题日益显现。针对快开盲板密封点泄漏、检维修作业过程中氮气置换不彻底以及液位测试不便问题开展原因分析,提出检维修维护措施。通过强化设备检维修措施消除泄漏点,对比过滤分离器进行氮气置换的各种操作方法,选择压力循环置换法作为常规方式置换,设计制作出一套简易液位测试装置以便开展过滤分离器液位测试。通过对过滤分离器运行和检修问题的有效处理,能保证设备正常安全生产运行。
The filter separator is one of the most important parts in the natural gas transmission station, and its safe operation is very crucial. Many problems spring up during the daily operation and maintenance work. The cause analyses are given aiming at leakage at seal points of quick opening closure, incomplete replacement of nitrogen in maintenance operation, inconvenient measurement of liquid level. Then, countermeasures are proposed, which include strengthening equipment maintenance to eliminate leakage points; choosing pressure cycle replacement method as a conventional nitrogen replacement way; designing a simple device to measure liquid level of the filter separator. Through handling the problems in the operation and maintenance of the filter separator, safe operation of the equipment can be ensured.
