摘要
文章通过理清图书的利用率与引用率存在现实偏差的原因,充分运用文献研究法和比较研发法进行分析并提出策略,促进图书从内容供给到综合性服务供给的转变,从而实现图书被引以及图书利用的根本目的。
There are realistic differences between books with high utilization rate and books with high citation rate, why is there such a phenomenon and how to optimize it is worthy of further study. This paper makes use of research method and puts forward the strategy by clarifying the reason of the deviation of the utilization rate and citation rate of books in order to promote the changes of books from the content supply to the comprehensive service supply and achieve the fundamental purpose that books are cited and used.
