摘要
精准的个性化推荐是图书馆实现智慧服务的有效手段,但当前高校图书馆推荐服务满意度总体较低。伴随确定事件而产生的文献需求具有很高的确定性,通过对用户各类信息数据进行挖掘分析,预测和标定依赖事件发生进程产生的各类文献需求,可有效提高图书推荐服务的准确性。高校图书馆可将课程体系作为确定事件,结合用户信息数据预测出用户的各类潜在、确定的需求。重庆大学图书馆的应用实践表明,高校图书馆以课程为中心并结合用户行为数据的文献资源推荐服务模式具有可行性,可成为智慧图书馆综合推荐服务的一种新形式,便于图书馆更好地融入高校教学科研生态系统中。
Accurate personalized recommendation is an effective means to realize smart services of the library; however, university libraries generally have a poor satisfaction level in their recommendation services. Library resource demand arisen from certain events has a high level of certainty. Libraries can improve the accuracy of recommendation services by parsing and analyzing a variety of users＇ information, as well as predicting and standardizing relevant resource demands based on events＇ progression and development. University libraries can treat curricula as certain events and predict users＇ potential and determined needs by analyzing users＇ information. Practice in Chongqing University Library shows that a resource recommendation model centered on curricula and incorporated with uses＇ information in university libraries manifests itself to be feasible, hence it can be envisioned to be a new form of smart library＇s recommendation services. This model can be also aid university libraries in merging into the academic research system.
