摘要
目的:分析高通量血液透析对严重肾衰竭的治疗效果。方法:将终末期肾衰竭者100例分为两组,每组50例。对照组行常规血透,观察组行高通量血透,分析相关结果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗后血脂改善、炎性因子清除率以及血浆蛋白改善程度明显较好,P<0.05。结论:对于严重肾衰竭者,使用高通量MHD治疗,能够全面扩充血液滤过范围,加速机体内毒性物质清除率,提升病患生存率和生活质量。
Objective：To analyze the therapeutic effect of high-throughput hemodialysis on severe renal failure.Methods：100cases of end stage renal failure were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was subjected to routine hemodialysis,and the observation group was subjected to high-throughput hemodialysis to analyze the correlation results.Results：Compared with the control group,the blood lipid level,the rate of inflammatory factor clearance and the improvement of plasma protein were significantly better in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with severe renal failure,high-throughput MHD therapy Expand the scope of blood filtration,accelerate the body of toxic substances clearance rate,improve patient survival and quality of life,it is worth further promotion.
