摘要 对550 mm热轧板带轧机两阶段轧制过程中钢板产生翘头缺陷的原因进行了分析,确认中间坯待温过程中上下表面温差过大是造成钢板翘头缺陷的主要原因。采取了超快冷取代中间坯空冷待温工艺、异步轧制工艺、调整道次压下量等措施,有效控制了钢板翘头缺陷。 The causes leading to the warping defects on the surface of steel sheets manufactured by the 550 mm hot rolled steel strip mill by using the two-step rolling process were analyzed. It was confirmed that the excessive temperature difference between upper and lower surfaces of intermediate billets during temperature holding was the main cause leading to the warping defects on the surface steel sheets. So such measures as the super rapid cooling process for displacing the air cooling process for intermediate billets in temperature holding, the asymmetrical roiling process and adjusting the rolling reduction in pass were taken and the warping defects on the surface of steel sheets was effectively controlled.
