摘要
为改善高炉主要技术经济指标,提高企业竞争力,必须科学搭建高炉对标平台。根据企业自身特点选择评价标准,对主要技术经济指标进行综合评价,发现高炉存在的问题并提供建议。利用对标平台大数据分析,科学评价原燃料质量,提供降低生产成本途径。
In order to improve the key technical and economic indexes and improve the enterprise's competitiveness, the benchmarking platform for ironmaking by BF should be built scientifically. According to the characteristics of the enterprise the evaluation criteria was selected so as to comprehensively evaluate the main technical and economic indexes for discovering the troubles from BF and then offering the suggestions. Finally the quality of raw materials and fuels could be evaluated scientifically based on the big data analysis from the benchmarking platform so that the ways for cutting down the production cost were available.
