摘要
介绍了安徽某新一代智能变电站电子式电压互感器在变电站启动过程中出现的异常情况,通过分析现场录波数据,推测电压转换器是可能出现异常的部件。在试验场地,对新旧两款电压转换器进行了实际测试,通过比对波形,证实了推测的合理性。进而使用S变化,对新旧两款电压转换器的输出波形进行了频谱分析,进一步确认电压转换器的特性不佳是造成本次异常的直接原因。最后提出整改措施,避免再次出现类似异常。
This paper introduces abnormal conditions of electronic voltage transformers among start-up process for new generation smart substation in Anhui. By analyzing the recorded waveform data on site, it is speculated that there are anomalies in voltage converters. Comparing the new waveforms with old ones of voltage converters from the waveform, the speculation is demonstrated. With the spectral analysis of waveforms using S-transform, it is further determined that poor performance of voltage converter directly leads to the above anomalies. Finally, some reform measures are proposed to prevent this kind of anomalies.
