摘要
高档镀锌板对表面质量要求非常高,如家电板、汽车板、镀铝锌硅板等高档镀锌板,用户对带钢表面质量要求非常高,表面质量不仅影响最终产品美观,也影响产品耐蚀性。主要介绍了镀锌生产线上容易出现的水淬槽沉没辊辊印缺陷,并通过采取调整辊子表面凸度,在辊子表面增加刮刀,调整辊子水平度,调整辊子与带钢相对转速等手段最终消除缺陷。
