银杏叶复方对脾虚小鼠小肠淋巴细胞体外增殖的影响 被引量:1

The effect of Ginkgo biloba compound on in-vitro proliferation of small intestinal lymphocytes in mice with spleen deficiency

摘要 为了探究不同浓度的银杏叶复方在脂多糖(LPS)或植物血凝集素(PHA)刺激下对脾虚小鼠小肠淋巴细胞体外增殖的影响,试验用不同浓度的银杏叶复方(200μg/mL、100μg/mL、10μg/mL、1μg/mL、0.1μg/mL)同LPS或PHA刺激小肠淋巴细胞分裂增殖的方法研究对小鼠淋巴细胞体外增殖的影响。结果表明:对于脾虚小鼠小肠B淋巴细胞,以200μg/mL、100μg/mL的浓度刺激效果最佳(P<0.05);相比于1μg/mL、0.1μg/mL浓度,浓度为200μg/mL时更有利于正常小鼠小肠B淋巴细胞增殖(P<0.05);对于脾虚小鼠小肠T淋巴细胞,以100μg/mL浓度最佳(P<0.05),浓度为200μg/mL和100μg/mL时对正常小鼠小肠T淋巴细胞的刺激增殖效果显著(P<0.05)。说明银杏叶复方浓度为200μg/mL、100μg/mL时能有效刺激正常和脾虚小鼠的小肠淋巴细胞分裂增殖。 In order to explore the effect of Ginkgo biloba compound with different concentrations during the stimulation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or leetin(PHA) on in -vitro proliferation of small intestinal lymphoeytes in mice with spleen deficiency. This experiment was conducted using Ginkgo biloba compound with different coneentrations(200 μg/mL, 100 μg/mL, 10 μg/mL, 1 μg/mL and 0.1 μg/mL)during the stimu- lation of LPS or PHA on in - vitro proliferation of small intestinal lymphocytes in mice. The results showed that B lymphocytes from the small in- testine of mice with spleen deficiency obtained the best effect at the concentration of 200 μg/mL or 100 μg/mL( P 〈 O. 05 ). Compared with the concentrations of 1 μg/mL or 0.1 μg/mL,200 μg/mL was more beneficial to intestine B lymphocyte proliferation in normal mice( P 〈 0.05 ) ; and 100 μg/mL was more suitable for intestine T lymphocyte proliferation in mice with spleen deficiency( P 〈 0.05 ) ;and more the concentra- tions of 200 μg/mL or 100μg/mL were significantly beneficial to intestine T lymphocyte proliferation in normal mice( P 〈 0. 05 ). The results indicated that Ginkgo biloba compound with the concentrations of 200 μg/mL or 100 μg/mL could effectively stimulate in - vitro proliferation of small intestinal lymphocytes in normal mice or mice with spleen deficiency.
