Calculation on a New Anti-galloping Technique for UHV Transmission Lines

摘要 特高压工程的建设对覆冰、风载严重地区输电线路的舞动抑制效果提出了更为严峻的挑战,因此研究了一种应用于河南尖山实验基地特高压试验线路的基于相间间隔棒的新型防舞措施相地间隔棒,利用清华大学编写的耐张段内多档导线-绝缘子体系3自由度非线性仿真模型软件,对现场工况进行分析与仿真验证,并通过仿真分析无防舞器时的情况验证其效果。此外,通过与相间间隔棒应用效果对比,进一步验证了相地间隔棒对同步舞动的抑制效果。最后,通过仿真11种配置方案的防舞效果给出推荐方案。结果表明:相地间隔棒安装点舞动轨迹被"削峰",其他条件相同时安装相地间隔棒的最大舞动幅值为安装相间间隔棒的70%,具有更强的抑舞效果;相地间隔棒与相间间隔棒配合可有效抑制同步舞动,且对异步舞动抑制效果增强,在仿真条件下安装相地间隔棒后同步舞动幅值为只安装相间间隔棒的50%,异步舞动幅值减少19%;在11种方案中,对可能发生1阶、2阶舞动的线路同时在档距1/4,1/2,7/9处安装效果最佳。因此相地间隔棒是一种行之有效的防舞措施。 With the construction of ultra-high-voltage (UHV) projects, anti-galloping measures are facing more rigorous challenges for transmission lines that are impacted seriously by icing and wind load. So a new anti-galloping measure based on the inter-phase spacer applied in the UHV test transmission line of Jianshan Test Site in Henan Province has been analyzed and simulated by using the three-degree-freedom(3DOF) nonlinear simulation model established by Tsinghua University, and the results have been compared with conditions with no spacer to verify its effect. Furthermore, its effect to restrain galloping has been verified by comparing with condition instal!ing the inter-phase spacer and the synchronous galloping condition. Finally, 11 configurations have been simulated and the recommended one has been giv- en. The results show that: when installing the phase-to-earth spacer, the crest of the trajectory of the installation point is reduced and the amplitude of galloping is 70% of the amplitude when installing the inter-phase spacer. Therefore, the phase-to-earth spacer has stronger effect compared with the inter-phase spacer. When it is installed along with the in- ter-phase spacer, the synchronous galloping can be restrained effectively and asynchronous galloping can be restrained better. With both installations the amplitude of synchronous galloping is 50% of the amplitude when installing the in- ter-phase spacer alone, and the amplitude of asynchronous galloping is reduced by 19% of the amplitude when installing the inter-phase spacer alone. Of all 11 configurations, it is recommended most when the phase-to-earth spacers are in- stalled to the points which are one-quarter, a half and seven-ninth of the span for transmission lines that may get galloping in the 1st and 2nd orders. The phase-to-earth spacer is a useful and effective solution to restrain galloping.
