摘要
在快速成型工艺中,采用光固化成型和熔融沉积成型进行实体制造时需要添加支撑,然而添加支撑不合理时会造成精度损失。另外不论是CAD模型、STL模型还是点云模型,当成型面与成型方向存在一定角度时就会产生台阶效应,降低成型精度。综合以上两方面的考虑,提出了基于任意分层方向的点云模型等厚分层算法,使用MATLAB软件实现本算法并进行了模拟实验,实验证明本算法在一定程度上降低了添加支撑不合理和台阶效应引起的精度损失。最后本文引入了模型的失真评价指数来进一步佐证本算法的可靠性。
In the rapid prototyping processes, the use of SLA and FDM for solid manufacturing need to add support. However, it leads to precision loss if adding support is umreasonable. In addition, whether the CAD model, the STL model or point cloud model, it produces step effects, which reduces the aeeuracy of parts when being a celaain angle between the molding surface and direction. In view of the al)ove two cunsideratio,ls, a uniform-thickness slicing algorithm of point cloud model is proposed based on arbitrary layered direetions, the algorithm and simulation experiment is realized by using the MATLAB software. Experimental results prove that the algorithm to some degree reduces the loss uf precision caused by the unreasonal)le adding support and step effects. At the end of the paper the distortion evaluation index of the model is introduced to prove the reliability of the algorithm further.
