摘要
针对桥式偏心配水器在大斜度井、深井以及低注入量注水井中应用时测调精度差、效率低、劳动强度高等问题,研制了同心可调式配水器。该配水器与可调水嘴为一体化结构设计,水嘴开度大小可根据配注量连续调节,通过地面可视化直读方式操作井下测调仪与配水器同心定位对接,实现流量测试与调配同步进行,可根据配注量大小实时调整各层注入量的大小,达到了大幅度提高测调精度及测调效率的目的。该配水器在延长油田现场试验60余口井,最大井深2126 m,最大井斜39.3°,试验成功率100%,测调成功率92%以上,可实现单层配注量在5m^3/d左右的低注入量分层注水井。
The testing and allocation accuracy and efficiency are low in the application of bridge-type eccentric water distributors in highly deviated well, deep well and low injection water well. The concentric adjustable water distrib- utor has been developed. It's structurally integrated with adjustable nozzle which is characterized by stepless contin- uous regulation, the downhole tester can be operated through surface visualized direct reading to be concentrically positioned and connected with water distributor. This technology carries out flow test and allocation simultaneously. Therefore, the testing and allocation accuracy and efficiency are high. The distributor has been applied to mere than 60 wells in Yanchang oilfield, the maximum well depth was 2126m, the maximum de-flection was 39.3°, the test success rate was 100%, the testing and allocation rate was more than 92°, this tchnology can realize single injec- tion allocation quantity about 5m3/d in low injection layering water injection well.
