摘要
结合国内外电力系统智能电网的发展及我国铁路牵引供电系统存在的问题,研究了智能牵引变电所的技术方案。对智能牵引变电所一次设备智能化方案、设备配置,保护测控系统的设备构成、两级保护功能配置,智能辅助系统总体技术架构等进行了研究,得出了适合电气化铁路的智能牵引变电所技术方案,并提出了智能牵引变电所的设计原则。
With connection to development of smart grid and problems existed in traction power supply system in our country, analyzing is made on technical schemes for intelligent traction substation. On the basis of analysis of primary equipment intellectualization scheme, equipment allocation, composition of protection and measurement system, configuration of two-level protection functions, overall technological structure of intelligent auxiliary system, technical schemes for intelligent traction substation are obtained, and design principles for intelligent traction substation are put forward.
