摘要
稽留流产是流产疾病中的一种特殊类型,临床上又称过期流产,近年来,其发生率呈逐年上升的趋势。该疾病的发病机制并未明确,研究表明,其发生通常与环境、内分泌、染色体、免疫系统等因素有关。由于稽留流产不仅会对女性患者的身心健康造成严重影响,还会影响社会人口的可持续发展,因此,应对引发稽留流产的病因进行了解,以为早期诊断和治疗该疾病提供有效依据,从而预防稽留流产的发生。本文通过将国内外的临床诊断资料和相关文献进行结合,针对引发稽留流产的病因进行阐述。
Missed abortion is special type of abortion diseases, and also known as missed abortion in clinic, in recent years, the incidence rate shows an increasing trend year by year, and the nosogenesis is not definite and the research shows that the occurrence of it is usually related to the environment, internal secretion, chromosome and immunity system, and the missed abortion can not only impose a serious effect on the physical and mental health of females, but also influence the sustainable development of social population, therefore, we should know the cause of missed abortion and provide effective basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease thus preventing the occurrence of missed abortion, and the paper elaborates the cause of missed abortion combined with the clinical diagnosis data and related literatures at home and abroad.
