摘要
目的探讨湿性敷料与活性银离子抗菌液(银尔洁)联合使用在小阴唇整形术后感染中的预防和治疗效果,并分析对比采用传统的高锰酸钾溶液在小阴唇整形术后冲洗会阴部预防术后感染的治疗效果。方法选取医院2015年1月-2016年5月收治的60例小阴唇整形术的患者,分为观察组和对照组,各30例;观察组采用湿性敷料外敷与活性银离子抗菌液(银尔洁抗菌液)冲洗填塞联合使用于小阴唇整形术后预防感染;对照组在小阴唇整形术后采用传统的高锰酸钾溶液冲洗会阴预防术后感染;比较两组患者术后的切口肿胀程度、疼痛程度、切口感染、切口愈合时间以及切口愈合率。结果观察组术后切口肿胀9例,对照组术后切口肿胀18例;观察组术后切口疼痛7例,对照组术后切口疼痛17例;观察组术后切口感染的发生1例,对照组术后切口感染4例:观察组术后切口愈合时间平均为3.81天,对照组术后切口愈合时间平均为6.12天;观察组术后切口愈合率为96.7%,对照组术后切口愈合率为86.7%;以上数据两组之间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),并达到预期的治疗结果。结论采用湿性敷料与银尔洁联合预防术后感染的治疗效果明显优于高锰酸钾溶液在小阴唇整形术后冲洗会阴部预防术后感染的治疗效果。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of moist dressing combined with active silver ion antibacterial liquid（Yin＇erjie）on prevention and treatment of infections after labiaplasty and observe and compare the effect of perineal flushing with conventional potassium permanganate solution on prevention of the postoperative infections.METHODS A total of 60 patients who underwent the labiaplasty in the hospital from Jan 2015 to May 2016 were enrolled in the study and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with external application of moist dressing combined with flushing and tamping with active silver ion antibacterial liquid for prevention of the postoperative infections,while the control group was treated with perineal flushing with conventional potassium permanganate solution for prevention of postoperative infection.The degree of incision swelling,pain degree,incidence of incision infections,incision healing time,and incision healing rate were observed and compared between the two groups of patients after the surgery.RESULTS There were 9cases of postoperative incision swelling in the observation group and 18 cases in the control group;there were 7cases of postoperative incision pain in the observation group and 17 cases in the control group;there was 1case of postoperative incision infection in the observation group and 4cases in the control group.The mean incision healing time was 3.81 days in the observation group after the surgery,6.12 days in the control group;the incision healing rate was 96.7%in the observation group after the surgery,86.7%in the control group;there was significant difference in the above data between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The expected therapeutic effect has been achieved.CONCLUSION The moist dressing combined with Yin＇erjie can achieve more remarkable effect on prevention of the postoperative infections than the postoperative perineal flushing with potassium permanganate solution.
