泥岩隧道用小型机械化掘进装备研制及应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对隧道工程传统钻爆法施工存在的成型难以控制、测画轮廓线工序时间长、放炮后易出现冒顶片帮、支护困难等问题,通过对小型装载机进行动力马达改装、铲斗链接方式改装、特制钻杆支架等技术改进,将其改造为小型掘进机,匹配不同型号钻杆,经多次试验,成功应用表土层为泥岩的隧道掘进工程中,实现机械化掘进。实际施工1 246 m,相比传统钻爆法节约人工成本90%,节约材料成本60%,掘进速度提高8倍,并且隧道成型规则、安全性大幅提高。该小型掘进机可应用于同类隧道施工中,并有望应用于软岩隧道机械化施工中。 In view of the traditional drilling and blasting construction method forming are difficult to control,measure and draw the contour process takes long time,prone to help take the top gun film phenomenon,difficult to support,environmental protection and other issues,through on-site investigation of the construction scheme of similar engineering market,combined with the actual situation of tunnel engineering in topsoil,decided to adopt mechanized excavation.The construction site of small loader flexible working characteristics,further technology development and transformation,through research and solve the problems of the working principle of the equipment,power conversion,component assembly and disassembly,reasonable selection of drilling tools,successfully developed a small machine,in the surface soil in the construction process of excavation efficiency greatly,shorten the construction period obviously,the construction cost is low,embodies the advantages of green construction,excellent economic and social benefits.
