摘要
最大摄氧量是评定运动员心肺机能、监控训练方法效果的一项科学的量化指标。利用实验法进行最大摄氧量测量时从气体分析仪中所获取的摄氧量粒度数据带有很多的噪声,如何科学有效地去噪进而计算出相对准确的最大摄氧量是一个重要的课题。目前,在计算最大摄氧量时常用实践方法主要包括专家经验法、统计学方法等;基于机体呼吸特点,采用自适应阈值法进行摄氧量粒度数据的去噪,该方法处理后的摄氧量曲线符合机体运动特性,由此计算得出最大相对摄氧量。
The maximum oxygen uptake is a scientific quantitative parameter to evaluate the performance ol athletes' cardiopulmonary function and training performance monitoring. The measurement of the maximum oxygen uptake via experimental method brings a large amount of noise when the oxygen uptake data obtained from the gas analyzer, and then how to develop a scientific and effective de - noise way to calculate the relatively accurate maximum oxygen uptake is an important topic. Up to now, the methods of calculating the maximal oxygen uptake mainly include expert experience method,statistical method etc. Based on the characteristics of body respiration, an adaptive threshold method is adopted in this paper to de-noise the oxygen uptake data. After processed with adaptive threshold method, the oxygen uptake curve conforms to the physical characteristics of the body, and thus the maximum oxygen uptake is derived.
