摘要
为改善玻璃纤维织物的导电性,以玻纤布为基底,采用化学镀法制备了Ag/玻纤布导电复合材料。使用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、X-射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)和对复合材料体积电阻率的测试,研究了硝酸银和氢氧化钠用量对复合材料形貌、结构和导电性的影响。实验结果表明:随着氢氧化钠和硝酸银用量的增加,玻纤布表面的金属镀层逐渐趋于完整,当氢氧化钠和硝酸银过量时,镀层变粗糙;复合材料的体积电阻率随氢氧化钠和硝酸银用量的增加呈先下降、后上升的趋势。当氢氧化钠和硝酸银的用量分别为0.3g和0.8g时,在纤维布表面包覆了1层均匀且致密的面心立方结构的Ag镀层,而且所制备的复合材料具有良好的导电性,其体积电阻率为6.42×10-4Ω·cm。该复合材料具有优异的导电性,在导电填料、电磁屏蔽、医疗等领域具有潜在的应用前景。
To improve the conductivity of glass fabrics,the conductive silver-coated glass fabrics composites were successfully prepared via electroless deposition method using the glass fabrics as the substrates materials.The effects of sodium hydroxide and silver nitrate dosage on the morphology,structure and conductive performance of the composites were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and four-point probe.The results showed that the metal coating on the glass fabric surface was becoming complete with the increase of sodium hydroxide and silver nitrate dosage,and the coating was rough when the sodium hydroxide and silver nitrate dosage were excessive.With the increase of sodium hydroxide and silver nitrate dosage,the volume resistivity of the composites decreased first and then increased.When the dosage of sodium hydroxide and silver nitrate was 0.3and 0.8g,respectively,the glass fabrics surface was covered with a uniform and dense layer of silver with the face centered cubic structure.The prepared composites possessed of excellent conductivity with the volume resistivity of 6.42×10^-4Ω·cm.The composites with excellent electrical conductivity have potential in the field of conductive fillers,electromagnetic shielding,medical,and etc.
