摘要
翻转课堂发轫于美国,在慕课(MOOC)和可汗学院(Khan Academy)的助力下扩展至全球,掀起了一阵课堂教学改革研究的热潮。本文采用文献分析法对国内外翻转课堂研究成果进行梳理,反思翻转课堂的发展路径、内涵、创新与优势及现实困境。借助国外"翻转学习"概念,将翻转的内涵明确为学习内容和学习目标的翻转。翻转课堂改革传统课堂教学范式,改革后的翻转课堂面向全体学生,以学生为中心,激发学生自主学习;打造免费公开教育平台,促进教育公平;生成教学目标,关心教学过程中健康人格的养成。尽管翻转课堂模式有效克服了传统教学中存在的诸多弊端,但其自身也存在一定的不足,如夸大技术作用、轻视讨论环节、低估实践的难度等,这需要引起我们进一步的反思。
The flipped classroom originated in USA. With the help of MOOC and Khan Academy,the flipped classroom attracts universal attention by the whole world,and great enthusiasm is used to study on it. Using the documental analysis,the domestic and foreign studies on the flipped classroom were clarified,and the flipped classroom's development path,connotations,innovations,advantages,and current difficulties were furtherly reconsidered. With the concept of "flipped learning"abroad,the connotation of "flipping"was identified as the flipping of learning contents and objectives. The flipped classroom reforms the traditional teaching paradigm,being faced with all the students,student-centered,and arousing student's self-learning abilities,establishing opening and free teaching platforms and promoting educational equity,creating teaching objectives and caring about the creating of healthy personality in the teaching process. Although the flipped classroom model has effectively improved traditional classroom,we should be aware that the flipped classroom also has some disadvantages,such as the exaggeration of technology effects,undervaluation of discussion and underestimate of practice difficulty,which requires further reconsideration.
